Brian Caress is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Redi Carpet. As CEO, Brian is actively involved and responsible for the culture, strategy, and growth of the organization.
Brian first joined Redi Carpet as a warehouse worker in 1988. After working in the supply room and the customer service department, he accepted a multi-family sales position. In 1992, he left Redi Carpet and moved to Denver where he eventually opened Caress Flooring Contractors. In 1998, Brian returned home to his family in Houston and Redi Carpet where he took a position as an REO Account Manager.
Since then, he has served in various positions of increasing responsibility including General Manager, Regional Vice President, Executive Vice President, and Co-President before moving into his current roles in 2017.
Brian is an avid meteorite enthusiast and currently has an extensive collection of specimens from around the world. He is also active in the community and supports several causes that are near and dear to his heart.
Jerry Hosko A visionary leader with unequivocal foresight, Jerry is responsible for the daily operations of Redi Carpet. A pioneer in the flooring industry for almost 50 years, Jerry has served as Redi’s President & COO since 1999. His experience and leadership have been instrumental in developing Redi Carpet’s innovative flooring solutions, driving profitable revenue growth, and cultivating its customer-centric culture. Jerry works with our CEO to advance the organization’s vision, core values, strategic priorities, and growth goals.
Erik Olsen joined Redi Carpet as CFO in 2010. He is responsible for the overall financial and HR strategy of the organization.
A Certified Public Accountant, Erik has over two decades of experience in Accounting, Sales, and Finance. Erik holds an Accounting degree from the University of Delaware and is married with four children.
David Rosenwasser is the President & COO at Redi Carpet. He is responsible for the daily operations and works with our CEO to advance the organization’s vision, core values, strategic priorities, and growth goals. Prior to his role as President & COO, David served as Senior Vice President of Business Development. In that role, his primary responsibilities included mergers and acquisitions as well as the development of new products and services for Redi Carpet. He also oversaw our California branches.
David holds a BBA from Texas A&M University and a J.D. from New York Law School. David has been with Redi Carpet since 2018 and brings with him a wide range of management, operational, and financial experience, having served in both executive management and Board of Director positions of engineering and oil & gas companies, both in the United States and abroad.
Mike Mosley serves as the Executive Vice President of Redi Carpet. He is responsible for growth, customer experience, operational excellence, and strategy for all branch locations throughout the country. Mike joined Redi Carpet in 2014 as the Senior Vice President of the Eastern Division before being promoted to EVP in 2021. He has worked in the multi-family flooring industry since 1994.
Mike graduated from the University of North Texas with a BBA degree in Production/Operations Management. Throughout his career, he has been active in apartment associations at the local, state, and national levels. Originally from Dallas, Mike now lives in the Houston area.
John Hagan is the Senior Vice President of Redi Carpet’s Western Division, which includes the Western, Central, and Midwest regions. Since joining Redi Carpet in 1993 to launch the Denver location, he has helped establish additional branches in various markets throughout the country, in addition to enhancing the development of several acquisitions.
He is passionate about leadership and strives to foster a culture of purpose and trust in which our employees can thrive, knowing they are part of a team that takes pride in how we serve our customers.
Dave Janecek is the Vice President of Redi Carpet’s Western region, which includes Salt Lake City, Las Vegas, Tucson, Phoenix, and Denver.
With over three decades of multi-family industry experience, Dave started at Redi Carpet in 2016 as General Manager of the Denver location. As a General Manager, he oversaw the Operations, Administrative, and Sales departments. He was promoted to Vice President 2018.
Dave graduated from the University of Texas in Austin with a degree in Business Management and currently lives in the Denver area.
Harvey Rosenberg serves as the Senior Vice President of our Eastern Division. He joined Redi Carpet as a General Manager in October 2018. He was then promoted to Regional Vice President in January of 2019 with responsibility for Redi’s existing branches as well as future growth in the Northeast region. In January 2021, Harvey was promoted to Senior Vice President with responsibility for 15 branches in the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Southeast regions.
Prior to joining Redi Carpet, he enjoyed a 20-year career as Vice President of Sales with Forrent.com where he won numerous awards, including the President’s Club award as the company’s top producer. Harvey is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island with degrees in Communications and Business Management. He is a long time resident and native of New Jersey.
Curt Graulich is the Vice President of the Southeast region, which includes Atlanta, Jacksonville, Orlando, Tampa, and South Florida.
A veteran of the multi-family flooring industry, Curt became the General Manager in the Orlando market in 2004. He was promoted to his current role as Vice President in 2010.
Curt is a native Floridian. Born in Fort Lauderdale, Curt moved to the Central Florida area as a child and has been there ever since.
Jeff Melton is the Vice President of National Accounts for Redi Carpet. His primary responsibility is to create tailored flooring programs for national and regional management companies, that provide unmatched value for hundreds of partners throughout the United States.
He oversees the National Accounts team who develops impactful programs for property owners and management companies. He also executes all programs through a network of over 200 sales and management associates.
Jeff has dedicated his entire professional career to the multi-family industry since 1985 and has been active in apartment associations at the local, state, and national levels.

He brings over two decades of leadership experience. In his spare time, Huy is an avid soccer player and bicyclist. He has been playing competitive soccer for over 30 years and participating in Texas’ MS150 for the past five years.

Brian is a dynamic leader with exceptional ability to navigate change, create the strategy, and drive sales results.
He brings more than 25 years of leadership and service experience to Redi Carpet. His previous experience and leadership have been focused on developing and delivering customer experience-driven business processes. He has a proven track record of achievement and consistently delivers results in high-growth environments through initiatives that routinely exceed operational and service targets. His personal traits of enthusiasm, creativity, self-motivation, professionalism, having fun, and being a team player have helped in his success. Brian received a B.A. in Business Management from Loras College and an MBA from the Indiana Institute of Technology. He currently lives in Katy, TX with his wife and two children.

Amanda Van Kirk is the Regional Account Director for the Western region, covering Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, and Utah.
Todd Mancini is the Regional Account Director for the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast regions. He helps expand and maintain partnerships in Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Maryland, District of Columbia, Virginia, North Carolina and South Carolina.
Tashi Maldonado is the Regional Account Director for the Pacific Region, including California, Washington, and Oregon.
Shelbie Beato serves as the Regional Vice President of Redi Carpet’s Mid-Atlantic Region – including Charlotte, Greensboro, Raleigh, Wilmington, Virginia Beach, and Richmond.
She has over 30 years of multi-family experience from both the industry’s property management and supplier sides. Shelbie joined Redi Carpet in March of 2022 as a General Manager in Greensboro and was promoted to Regional Vice President in January 2023.
She resides in North Carolina with her husband and two children.

Tim Cislo serves as the Director of National Accounts – Single Family at Redi Carpet. Tim works closely with our institutional owned Single Family management clients as a consultant on their national flooring installation programs.
Jay Evans serves as the Regional Vice President of Redi Carpet’s Northeast Region.
Before joining Redi Carpet, Jay spent the better part of his twenty-plus year career in the cable and telecommunications industry.
Most notably, Jay was the Sr. Director & General Manager of Xfinity Communities in Comcast’s Beltway Region primarily focused on servicing the Multihousing vertical. He has been the recipient of numerous awards for sales and leadership excellence.
Ashley Burrola is the Regional Account Director of the Central region, covering Texas and Oklahoma.
David Chrapczynski is the Vice President of the Pacific region, which currently covers the State of California.
He has spent his past 18 years in flooring and started his career with Redi in 2008 as GM for Tucson. He has since served as GM in Tampa, Special Projects GM and as of Jan 1 2022 his current RVP role.
David lives in Arizona with his wife and daughters. He enjoys spending time with his dogs, hiking and playing golf.
Corinnea has been with Redi Carpet since June 2022 and serves as the Vice President of Customer Service. A dynamic leader, Corinnea brings over two decades of experience, serving as a Vice President of Customer Service and Executive Director with her former employers before joining our company. She is responsible for leading our Customer Service teams in Houston, Phoenix, and Raleigh.

A 20-year Army veteran, Keith’s journey in the multi-family industry spans over 17 years, with a 15-year tenure at HD Supply where he led the East MRO team and spearheaded Renovation Sales for the entire nation. Keith’s dedication to growth and development extends to his team, where he thrives on fostering their potential and achieving collective success. His commitment has been recognized through numerous accolades, including the President’s Award and CEO Award for his exceptional performance.
